During this time, grocery shopping can be the highlight of our day, but it can also be quite stressful handling groceries in this COVID-19 environment. Yesterday, I ventured out of the house (with a mask, gloves, and all) to shop groceries for my family. I found myself getting paranoid that anything I touched or anyone I stood close by could have the virus. Even more, I would be bringing this back home to my family and put them at risk.
Watching this video on Grocery Shopping Tips in COVID-19 by Dr. Jeffrey VanWingen was very helpful and gave me a sense of calmness knowing that I was handling groceries/shopping the proper way. Dr. VanWingen also gives tips on handling packaging and food delivery here.
